Pilot program
The VisionLive Pilot Program
The VisionLive pilot is a 60–90 day evaluation within your real, day-to-day operations. You keep your existing dispatch system. VisionLive runs alongside it, adding a shared layer of real-time visibility without changing how your team works.
Pilots are designed for teams that want calmer operations — fewer coordination calls, clearer expectations with facilities, and less cognitive load on clinicians and dispatch.
VisionLive does not automate decisions, enforce routing, or replace clinical judgment. Clinicians and dispatch remain fully in control throughout the pilot. VisionLive simply reflects what’s happening now so everyone is working from the same picture.
The pilot focuses on measurable operational outcomes. Teams typically evaluate VisionLive based on reductions in coordination calls, improved ETA accuracy, better facility alignment, and overall workflow stability.
At the end of the pilot, your team can decide whether VisionLive is creating enough value to continue. There is no obligation to proceed if the benefits are not clear.
Pilot partners may optionally choose to become Founding Partners. This is a voluntary contribution that supports early product development. Founding Partners receive preferred pricing and early access as VisionLive evolves — without impacting pilot participation or outcomes.
No long-term contract. If VisionLive does not create clear value, you don’t continue.
